10ent app for iPhone and iPad

10ent is an App intended for Property Managers and Tenants of multi-tenant commercial or residential communities . It is a simple to use App that helps to manage basic internal communications such as Notices and Service Requests between Property Managers and Tenants. 10ent has been designed to be setup and used from mobile devices without the need for a computer, although a web browser version is also available. 10ent is very easy to setup and for customers that choose a paying plan, the first time setup and data entry needed to get you up and running are offered at no cost. 10ent offers the following features:

• Setting up a Property: You can create multiple Properties, Buildings and Suites|Apartments.
• Setting up Users: 2 types of users are allowed, Tenants & Property Managers. The Property Manager who signs up for the application is treated as an Administrator with special privileges
• Notices: These can be created by any Property Manager and are accessible to tenants of either the entire Property or specific Buildings or specific Suite|Apartments based on permission set at creation of Notice
• Service: Tenants can initiate Service Requests for Property Managers to review and change status.
• Dashboard: Shows information regarding arrival of new Notices and Service Request status
• Notifications: Users receive notifications when Notices and Service Requests are posted

Only the Administrator is allowed to create Property and Users. Property Managers can respond to Service Status and create Notices. Tenants can receive Notices and create Service Requests. We will keep adding more features and we welcome your advice and feedback.
